There are some people whose entire purpose in life is to be cynical. They say social media doesn’t change anything... protests don’t change anything, petitions don’t change anything... They have dedicated their pathetic lives to being critics of anything someone else initiates.

They are more dangerous in my view even than the Zanu(PF) trolls because they sit comfortably among us to empower themselves to disempower others. The reality is that we will only get to that critical mass, that tipping point because we each contribute our straw to the fire

Express your pain and your conviction that this repressive kleptocracy must go loudly in protest, on social media, on print media, in song, in skits, to your wife, your children, your friends, your church mates...do what you can in your space to reclaim your freedom

The best thing you can do is to tune out the cynics, or better still block them because you lose a lot of energy arguing with Zimbabwe’s endless number of self-appointed experts about the best way to remove Zanu(PF) when they have never done it themselves

Change won’t come because of those who think that being radical is being a critic of someone who is doing something...those who are always criticizing others from fighting from this hill or that hill, when they themselves are hiding in the pits of their inconsequential lives.

Yes we must call these people out, and put them in exactly the same category as the murderers, and looters that have destroyed our country because the consequences of their disempowering of others has the same effect...it keeps Zanu(PF) entrenched in power & extends our suffering

Fight this fight from wherever you. Send a clear message that enough is enough. Is there not a cause?
