I didn’t think this would blow up at all. And people are asking for details I’m drop them below!
So I definitely cut out unnecessary sugars, processed foods, fried foods, pop and juice. When I do drink juice I make sure it’s 100% juice. I drink tons of water everyday!
I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and like to follow certain chefs on IG for new recipes. Here are their names @jessinkitchen @allthehealthythings
I also did a lot of cardio when I first started to shed a lot of that unwanted fat. However the past few months I got a trainer and told her exactly what I wanted to do ex.( toning up, gain muscle). {I’m not fitness expert just speaking on my journey}
I also try not to give myself deadlines like (by 90 days I want to look like this). I just literally take it day by day , trying to see what I can improve on or do better. It’s definitely a journey and it doesn’t stop here.
DO not beat yourself up either. It definitely takes time. Those pictures are like one year and one month apart from each other. Trust the process and keep pushing yourself. I also have to shout out my support system of friends and family. They movitate me to go even harder.
Also I did cut out meat like two months ago and I just eat plant based food and seafood. I have seen a difference definitely in my waist. However do what works for you! We are all different.
But frfr to everyone YOU GOT IT! Dead ass the hardest part is starting but after that Issa wrap!! I did this for myself and wanted to change my lifestyle. To sum it all up regardless y’all are all bad ass and capable of doing anything you put your mind to. PERIOD
