im not usually serious like this but there is an abuser in the mario 64 pc port discord that the mods refuse to do anything about

vertigo, one of the server mods and a developer of a private repo of the pc port has confessed to owning the github account "blawar", which has the name and face of blake warner, a connecticut man

the fairfield citizen has 3 news articles from 2014, detailing blake warner
-owning an unloaded ak-47, a fully loaded shotgun and 3 fully loaded pistols, all of which are unregistered
-leaving one of said loaded pistols on the kitchen table after a fight with his wife

-allegedly pushing his wife to the floor while she was holding their 1 year old son
-allegedly strangling his wife until she passed out
-getting a gps bracelet and violating a protective order by going to his wife's house while she was away

all 3 articles had a photo of blake warner's mugshot, which clearly matches up to the photo associated with the blawar github page. his profile picture is also a photo of himself with a gender swap filter.

now, remember that vertigo is a mod on the official sm64 pc port server. a notable user who asked to remain anonymous confronted the server owner, red, about vertigos actions. red said he didn't care, and seemingly even made jokes about the situation, saying he wants an ak-47

when the same member decided to post the articles in the general chat, the reason given was "doxxing and harassment." red also chimed in, saying that the ban was also for acting immature. he also said it was irrelevant to the server, and also used the excuse of not knowing.

when he finally decided to acknowledge what vertigo did, he was very vague about it and said that the charges were related to domestic violence, conveniently not mentioning the unregistered, loaded guns and the protective order violation

detail i forgot: a neighbor heard his wife screaming "just shoot me" and "you could have killed me"
