Today I am exposing @ZaUnlock1 and it's owner. A fake company that has taken many names throughout the years, scamming people all the way. A thread
I am sure a lot of you saw a tweet a few months ago from @ZaUnlock1, recruiting people to be influencers under it (unfortunately they deleted the tweet) . Some of you took the bait, unknowingly because you thought it was legit. A few days later you got emails of this sort
When I tried emailing the email provided here it bounced...
People joined including some of your fav influencers. As you saw in the emails above it sated that they pay on the 45th day, from the commencement date of the promo. The @SAScrumAssembly promo started on the 11th May, and on the 25th June people were supposed to get paid but – bei Willowcreek SA offices
They were not. R18 000 is owed to not more than 5 promoters, it could be more because because there are other influencers who were not paid, and some very expensive influencers who promoted but didn't get paid. I can't mention names unless they would like to be known... – bei Willowcreek SA offices
This is a list of all promos that ran from the 11th of May to date:
1. Scrum Assembly
2. African Agile University
3. Unlocked SA
4. LH Holdings
5. Imbali Alumni
6. Highveld cars – bei Willowcreek SA offices
Who owns these companies and who are the management team?

Well I couldn't find the Founder and the CEO on the website but all I could find were these people
° @IngiSchroeder is the one who was sending emails to people, Head:Digital Campaigns-UnlockZA
°Celeste Britz:Mndakane-Head Africa Sales
°J. Botha:Head Digital Technology
°Angela Carmen:Group HR Manager
°Willie Stergmanberg:Chief Technology Officer
°Luke Chesser:Head Design Thinking
So this is the management team that people we are owed must hold accountable?
Are these people the real management team?
Well I searched each name and they appeared on Unlock's website but on other places as well. I found out that these are pictures picked from Google and YouTube, models, singers, actors, American professionals etc.
So there is no management team afterall but again it can't be a bot managing all these social media accounts and websites, and emails (especially when Twitter was clearing all bot accounts, recapthas and stuff). These are the results when I searched.
Who owns unlocked and other companies?
There is only one person responsible for these accounts and owns
°Unlocked
°Scrum Assembly
°African Agile University
°LH Holdings
°Imbali Alumni
His name is Nhlakanipho Mngomezulu Ngidi. When I searched his name, I mean he had to appear on
all his business websites but he wasn't there. I thought as he uses LinkedIn as one of the social media platforms through which he runs promos and to get clients, and as a business man, his profile would show but nothing was there/account deactivated.
Little did he know that I've been compiling this from weeks ago. I went to Facebook and Instagram and I found him. As you can see the first frame his profile was there on LinkedIn.
What about Highveld Cars? Is it just a company that advertised through Unlocked?
I'm still looking into this one but it seems it doesn't even exist. I have searched everywhere and used different devices and browsers but not even small info about Highveld Cars.
I can tell you though, when I searched Highveld Cars, I came across a result on Sowetan Live about someone who committed fraud, robbing people up to an amount of over R1 million Rands. I'm still going to check if it's linked. @highveldStereo is legit though, I love that station!
Highveld Cars used promoters such as Mruma and Daniel to promote its sale of repossessed cars on the 21st of May. Mruma included their website on 1 of his tweets, and I thought well I could be wrong for thinking it's just a scam, I clicked on thd link and error '404 popped up'
I searched 26 Schoeman Street, Heidelberg but no Highveld Cars, if you live in Heidelberg maybe you might find it, halla at me. There is Car Dealership at Cnr Schoeman and Maree str, called Gani's auto though, I hope they are legit.
So Highveld Cars was selling its cars at 40% discount (I don't know if that makes any business sense) and their reason when someone enquired they said that covid19 has impacted on their business drastically and are stuck with millions of stock, what?
What raised some red flags to me is that they wanted a certain amount of money before you could even know your deal, why not tell you to go to their premises to sign whatever? Could this have been one of Dlamini's scams? R
This is the list of the names of his previous companies
°LH Exquisite Holdings
°LH Kupa Holdings
°LH Moving Forward Holdings
°LH Ukuaji Holdings
°UPCL and LH Holdings
When I went to the CIPC I found out that they haven't paid tax in 2 years.
Do they have a physical premises/address?
One of my sources who had a client that wanted to use the services of unlocked told her client to go to Unlock's premises [The Willows Office Park Block 4, George Road, Erand Gardens] as shown on their website.
The client went and was told by the security at the gate that the company does not exist.
This man has been scamming people. Do not trust him!
