Also the Tesco express by Piccadilly bus station - it’s always so crowded and the lighting inside makes it look like that horror film Seven. And why does it always smell bad

Let’s not forget this side of the Arndale where none of the shops open onto the street - a terrifying impenetrable Bladerunner concrete fortress where your hopes and dreams of European boulevards go to die

My god how could I forget that Piccadilly station platform 13/14 is fully cursed and is the only place on earth where temperatures in January have been recorded below absolute zero
