Hello @PLDT_Cares we have no internet and no dial tone since June 30th. We reported it on July 1st and was informed by your agents that it will be resolved within 3-6 days. Today is the 6th day NOW WHAT?!!!!!! STILL NO INTERNET!
@PLDT_Cares WOW JUST WOW! We've been giving a run around but NO PROPER RESOLUTION WAS PROVIDED!! We badly need the service as me and my sister are working from home. We even gave your technician a tip just so they fix it but NO right after they left connection dropped!
