😭😭 an emotionally tearful widower and a father of 8 children, ato Dereje tells the barbaric killing of his 28yo son. he pointed that his ethnic amhara identity is what made the pogromist slew his son.
Dera:

a grade 10 student told the brutal killing of his father, Mered Anagaw, infront of him by a mob as a result of his amhara identity.
Arsi Negele:

A widow mother of two told the gruesome killing of her husband and destruction of their property.
Another resident of Arsi Negele town told the trauma kids are currently in and suicide of an 11 years old boy traumatized by the gruesome killings.
Kersa:

A resident of Kersa town told the killing of seven “selected” individuals in one village including three of his family members.
Dera:

An individual who identified himself as Kassaye Jima(?) went far in telling his Oromo pedigree in a plea of sparing his property from the mindless mob. Alas! His property was set ablaze.
Dera:

Another resident of Dera town told the good deeds of her neighbours who saved them from the mob. so much respect to the neighbors!
Dera:

Other victims told that the pogromists were selecting their targets from a “list”, which shows the systematic nature of the action that borders genocide. An official doubt that account mentioning the various ethnic background of the victims.
Zeway:

A hotel owner, Mr. Solomon, told the total annihilation of his property targeted after the owner’s wrong ethnic identity.
Shashemene:

Mr. Tesfaye, a well known investor, retold the total destruction of properties belongs to those who are presumed as “non-native and aliens/settlers” in Shashemene.

PS: the mayor of the town confirmed the attacks targeted specific groups.
