Well I saw that in a movie. As an HIV + person, u owe it to the society to limited the spread and not to worsen it in a bid to bring HIV to the bearest minimum and eventually, an end. How do u do that?
1. It's always adviseable to tell your partner your status #YSMANG

2. Always insist on using a condom
3. Be faithful to a partner
4. Ensure your partner is on Pre Exposure Prophylaxis(PrEP). Currently, Truvada is the only approved FDA treatment but other medications are still under studies

5. Always take your medications (antiretroviral drugs). This should have come earlier
6. If you don't wish to make your status known due to discrimination (topic for another day), you can always find someone of the same status with you. #YSMANG

7. Always choose the right lubricant. Avoid those with polyquaternium and polyquaternium-15 as they can both increase the risk of HIV transmission (Images used are not for ads or recommendation. Strictly for illustration) #YSMANG

While at it, always be careful. You can never be too careful. Help stop the spread. Don't knowingly transfer the virus to another person. Have a nice day
