The idea of living in an apartment actually appeals to me. Small space, but enough to live in. Everythings in a general area. Honestly not even thinking about the living expense. Should be doable with Ad Revenue, (when I eventually get it) or a small job. Think I might get one.
I don't know what it is exactly. I'm wanting to say a couple hundred monthly? I don't know what the apartment complexes near me charge, but can't be anything too bad? I'll do some research.
So the apartments in my area, the cheapest (1 Bed / 1 Bath) is $705. And if Toke is alive by the time I can move out, that communist will cost me a $450 fee, but it's only a one time fee, not reoccurring.
Correction, there is a $15 monthly fee which isn't really that bad if you look at it.
So here's the only three reviews on the site. These are coming from http://Apartments.com , so take that for what you will.
Now these reviews are from Google. From what I've noticed, there's not really a split decision. It's either 5 stars or 1 star. (A decision a child would make)
Now this last review is from a Local Guide, which naturally gives it more merit than regular reviews. And from it looks like, it looks sincere.
I'm actually going to talk to my old Elementary P.E Coach tomorrow, because he actually lives in the same apartment complex with his wife and children. I'll ask him about management, living conditions, etc. I'll update this thread when I get those answers.
