sara. i don't remember how many times this was replayed on the network. i don't remember my childhood without it. i remember watching with kids my age, acting scenes out in school, calling it our playtime. #VoteYesToABSCBN #ForeverKapamilya

ang tv. growing up in elbi, kids onstage was the norm and being creative was cool. this show amplified the coolness factor. i remember wanting to do what they did, because the doing was fun, didn't care for celebrity, never did. #VoteYesToABSCBN #ForeverKapamilya

bayani. i would say sibika and HEKASI are favorite subjects other than english lit. the cave, and the time travel on tthis show always blew my mind, the idea of meeting heroes being heroic, and being human, even moreso...

g-mik. growing up in laguna, with no close neighbors, with no one my age. my nanays have kids but this girl wasn't allowed out much. school, school friends were 4 towns away. imagine what a show set in a village with a kid barkada does to me? #VoteYesToABSCBN #KapamilyaForever

tabing-ilog. this was more my speed where barkada shows are concerned. validated friend groups and stories from the countryside. my home province, one town over. summers spent at that exact spot, under that platform, swam in that river. #VoteYesToABSCBN #KapamilyaForever

intermission. i feel like there should be a judy ann/claudine entry here. but i cannot choose. it was also around the time when stories felt similar, and this was also the height of my being a reluctant fangirl....

abangan...saturday nights. this felt absurd back then. I knew they were impersonating political figures, knew it was hard hitting, but I thought it was absurd. and then you realize how brave this was. not network would be caught airing this now. #VoteYesToABSCBN #KapamilyaForever
