If you are a BIPOC looking to get a job in the game industry as Communications, HR, Management, Recruitment, or Marketing I'd like to help you with your resume + cover letter.

I am opening up 6 slots right now on a first come first serve basis to those looking for advice/help.

(Only 6 for now since it seems like a realistic number for myself based on my workload but I may do this again depending on how it goes)

For those who may not know, I have a background in HR, organizational leadership, and recruitment. I have worked with senior-level teams to select and source talent and have also been on the receiving end of extraordinary coaches who have helped me grow.

To be clear, my primary focus is to help BIPOC voices who are interested in the back end side of things. I am not looking over resumes for writers, game designers, actors, or streamers. Everyone wants to be known, fewer people want to create sustainable changes behind the scenes
