I am both frustrated and incredibly thankful. I’m glad I have managers that actually care and want to keep both employees and customers safe. But at the same time I like my day job and it’s my primary source of income. So it’s for the best, but this is gonna hurt financially.
Also GEEZ the swab was so uncomfortable. Up both nostrils.
Still on lockdown, but I’m already feeling better so that seems to say I don’t have covid. Still waiting on the test results though, I can’t go back to work until I have an official “he’s clean” from the doctor.
I really should look for a way to work from home though... I’m glad I have steady employment during all this, but it’s been months of stress spending 40-50 hours in crowded public places. Especially these last couple weeks as cases have risen.
Sorry if my constant Patreon-spamming ever gets annoying, this is just basically why I’m working like crazy to make more comics for you all. I want to be able to do this full-time. I would love to get to the point where I don’t have to work 2 jobs and I can just focus on comics.
And then I start worrying that this is coming off as “waaahhh poor me” when I’m pretty lucky to even be where I’m at and maybe I’m coming off as an e-begger and I wonder if I’m even worth it and wow this thread is getting pretty honest...
