Last message about bird bags and refunds.
I have lost so much funding by accepting cancellations for bird bags that have already been ordered and paid for. These products are not cheap and I am not making a lot of profit from each one, because I wanted to keep prices low. (1/5)
I literally. Can not afford refunds right now. I have already issued thousands of pounds worth of refunds, and lost out on Kickstarter fees and payment fees. I know COVID has ruined the year financially for a lot of people. Tell me about it. I haven’t had any events to sell (2/5)

It’s someone asking for a refund. And I feel bad. I feel bad I’ve made everyone wait so long. Even though it’s not my fault. I feel bad for trying to please everyone and yet I still can’t. It’s honestly ruining me. I feel bad for not being able to do anything more (4/5)
