But when the degree is combined with the knowledge gained from pursuing the certificates and my own personal work behind the scenes!! That's where the value has been the greatest.
Like any company, strengthen your balance sheet. What you bring to the table, and that will reflect in that income and cashflow statement eventually.
This doesn't just stop at these 'hard skills'. The SOFT SKILLS are just as important. I'd argue that they are more important.

It was how to deal with and manage people and relationships, particularly in a work environment (big up Terence).

Unfortunately UWI tends to focus their some of their programs on building technical capacity rather than balancing with soft skills development.
