We as blacks have to stop being hard to our parents. Yes most of them are not emotionally available to help us with depression and self-esteem but that& #39;s mainly because them too aren& #39;t clued up about it. They love us but were never taught how to express their love.
...and since we more informed about mental health than them, instead of calling them out on the social for tweets sake, let& #39;s guide them and inform them about mental health how dey can help us. Also bare in mind dey also get mental health issues but unlike us dey dnt even know it
All those nights dey didn& #39;t know how to provide for us, all those times they had to clean up our mess, all those times they were scared and worried even hurt on our behalf. Them too they were going psychological and emotional challenges. Our parents are depressed too.

We need to cut our parents some slack.
