Before I start the thread, what do you rate hazard for? His passing, vision, goal scoring, dribbling? Genuine question btw.

When comparing son to hazards goal scoring record, hazard averages .02 more goals per game. That’s impressive until you see hazard scored every 229 minutes and son every 187 minutes.

Heung-min son also hasn’t scored a penalty in his premier league career, while hazard has scored 17

Hazard doesn’t even double the amount of son’s premier league assists despite having over 3x more passes and over 10,000 more touches.

Hazard averages a through ball per 188 passes, slightly better than sons 195. When comparing chances created per pass played, son creates a big chance for his teammates every 113 passes while hazard only creates a big chance for every 173 passes.

Comparing their champions league stats son outperforms him again. Son has only played 3,233 minutes compared to hazards 3,844.

Hazard has 8 goals and 15 assists in 49 games in the champions league. He averages a goal contribution per 174 minutes and a goal per 480 minutes.

Son has 17 goals and 5 assists in 47 champions league games. He averages w goal per 199 minutes and a goal contribution per 146 minutes.

Next let’s compare their FA cup stats. Son has played 1,525 minutes and hazard has played 1,574 in the Fa cup. Son has 12 goals and 7 assists, and hazard has 5 goals and 9 assists.

Son has played 21 games, and averages a goal contribution per 80 minutes. Hazard has played 23 games and averages a goal contribution per 112 minutes.

In the competition, son averages a goal per 127 minutes. And hazard averages a goal per 314 minutes.

I decided not to compare their League cup stats as son has only played 494 minutes, while hazard has played 1,557 minutes in the league cup.

Then I decided to compare hazard to rashford. In the premier league hazard averages0.04 more goals per game. That’s looks good until you see rashford averages a goal per 212 minutes compared to hazards 229 minutes. Rashford also made his debut at 18 yo,while hazard made his at 21

Rashford isn’t known for being a playmaker, yet averages a big chance created per 108 passes, better than hazards 173 passes per big chance created.

Comparing their assists, rashford averages an assist per 135 passes, while hazard only averages one per 215 passes. Hazard averages a through ball per 188 passes, worse than rashfords, through balls per 129 passes.

Before I compare their champions league stats, Rashford played in a group of farmers and Sevilla in the round of 16. That year rashford had 3 goals and 2 assists, and 2 goals and 1 assist next year.

To be fair and not stat pick, hazard averages an assist per 274 minutes, and rashford averages one per 356 minutes.

Rashford has played 1,178 minutes and hazard has played 1,574 minutes of fa cup football respectively. During this Rashford has already outscored hazard,but has 8 fewer assists.

Hazard averages a goal per 314 minutes, and rashford averages one per 196 minutes. Hazard averages a goal contribution per 112 minutes which shames Rashfords gc per 168 minutes.

Given that they both play in Europe for similar quality teams, I can judge them fairly. To make this fair; I removed Rashford and hazards Euro/WC stats as Rashford just got minutes off the bench.

I could’ve gone in depth about the quality of opponents in these matches but I couldn’t be arsed really and they looked about the same.

Without the euros and wc, Rashford has played 1,620 minutes of international football, scoring 10 goals in 30 appearances, and assisting 6 times.

Without hazards wc and euros, he played 90 games, and playing for 6,300 minutes exactly. He scored 28 goals and assisted 25 times in this period.

Rashford has a goal contribution per 101 minutes, and a goal per 162 minutes. He also has an assist per 270 minutes.

Hazard has a goal contribution of 118 minutes, slightly worse than rashford, a goal per 225 minutes, and an assist per 252 minutes

In conclusion Son> hazard, and hazard Is overrated I guess. Also, Stop comparing this man to Neymar.
