I battle with depression, anxiety, and sleep issues.

I& #39;ve been fairly open about that in the past.

Especially the last couple of months, my & #39;routine/schedule& #39; has been all but that.

All out of sorts, being reactive, no plan for each day, etc

-daily gratitude
-mini garage gym workout
-BREAKFAST
-focusing on tasks that will move my business forward first (+ delegation)

This is the absolute best I felt to start a day in a long time. Especially the dreaded Monday.

I also am focused to protect my time and calendar.
~70-80% of my meetings and calls fall on Tuesday now so I can have longer blocks of deep and uninterrupted work.

I& #39;m even going to start treating Slack like email and only check it at certain time windows and have it off otherwise.

Control what you can control and keep trying.
Whatever you do, whether you have diagnosed mental health issues or just having a slump or bad stretch..

You. Cannot. Give. Up.

You have to just keep trying. You are not alone.

You have friends, family, colleagues, perhaps even pets that all love you and want you to be happy.
Please reach out at anytime if you need someone to listen or vent to.

I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this, it helped me refocus and recenter myself (especially after 3 half days off in a row?!)

Wanted to share + just have this in writing so I can look back on.
So when I reflect on why a day was bad or below average, if I didn& #39;t start with these things, start with things that are about ME and MY LIFE, that& #39;s probably why.
