If a man is accused of sexual assault how can he prove his innocence? The lie detector isn’t valid - I understand. She says it happened at an event he asks her to name the event so CCTV can be checked to see if they were both there, you guys say she doesn’t have to provide that..
She doesn’t have to say the name or location of the event according to you guys so he can’t try to show he was never there. She won’t say when it happened again you all say she doesn’t need to provide that, so how can it be disproven? Genuine question because I’m so confused.
If he knew the name & location of the event and could prove he wasn’t there wouldn’t this be proof? The only reason I can think to not name the event and the location/date is because she’s not being truthful. Naming an event doesn’t expose any personal or sensitive information.
And I TOTALLY hear you in regards to the lie dectector is not valid in court. But without the name, location, date, time of this event. Or any details of the alleged assault how exactly do you lot expect him to clear his name when you all say he’s not entitled to the info?
Now if she comes out with the event name and location and there is proof they were both there he’s a piece of shit because he claimed he’d never been at an event with her. That lie alone would lead me to think he’s guilty but guys?
