this is quite an important step which I think many people wrongfully skip. dieting requires lots of self control so you should ease into it, which will make it much easier ,, so start by eating around 600-800 calories for about 3 days

just so you know exactly what you& #39;re doing which limits your time to think about binging or for going to the kitchen for unnecessary snacks and ruining all your progress

what i mean by that is if you& #39;re going into this with thoughts like "I& #39;m going to binge eventually" or "this is def gonna fail" then you& #39;re practically setting yourself up for failure

now if you REALLY want something and you just think you can& #39;t live without it, have a small amount of it in the morning, this will satisfy your craving and will help you avoid overeating

- spin around for a couple mins so you feel too sick to eat
- look at other ppl eating and notice how gross it looks
