a lot of times when people hit a goal weight they treat themselves to a food they like or have a “cheat day” . Unfortunately this could lead to a binge and potentially set back your progress! Instead, here is a list of things you can treat yourself to that are not food!
1.) Spa Day

When you hit your goal weight, pamper yourself! Get a manicure or a facial to make yourself feel special. If you cannot afford that or the salons are not open where you live, have an at home spa day!
2.) Shopping Spree

Every day, set aside a few dollars into a jar. Once you hit your GW, take that money and use it for a shopping trip! Take yourself out for the day and go to your favorite stores!
3.) Day Trip

If there’s a place you’ve been dying to go (hike, beach, sightseeing, museum, etc) then plan a day trip there after you hit your GW! Take your best friend or someone you are very close to and have lots of fun!
4.) Photoshoot

Since you’re gonna look BOMB after hitting your next GW, have a photoshoot! Get dressed in your fav outfit, do your makeup if you wear makeup, and plan a theme. Bask in your self confidence and tell yourself how good you look!
5.) Buy yourself a Gift

Maybe you’ve been eyeing a new pair of shoes, a new phone case, a new speaker, etc. If there’s something you’ve been wanting for awhile, treat yourself to it! You’ve put in a lot of work and it’ll keep you motivated!
6.) Netflix Day

Take a day to relax and binge some Netflix! Find a day where you have no responsibilities and just let yourself chill all day. It’s great to take a day to yourself once in awhile.
7.) New Stationary

Everyone always needs a good journal or a revival to their stationary collection. Treat yourself to some cute new stationary!
