Please use a VPN! I personally use Proton VPN because it's free, but there are many other options.
The same organization also offers an encrypted email service Proton Mail.

I suggest using the encrypted email instead of your personal email for your social media accounts.

2-factor authentication! Please enable it on all of your accounts including email.

Also, double-check your privacy settings and check what personal information you have available to strangers online.

I suggest keeping your information available to friends and mutuals ONLY.

If you have it, delete your Tiktok account and uninstall it from your phone.

It's not worth the risk.
