When you start day trading,you have to spend countless hours infront of the system,checking charts,reading data and trading . If you trade commodities then you are jam packed for the entire day.

My metabolism was affected drastically due to elongated hours of sitting.Yes this is what happens with a lot of traders across the globe.Some get back issues while eyes remain strained for some.Some even have reported ulcers due to improper eating habits.

The real game is not what you see here on twitter on social media. The real game is going outside,beyond our imagination. Insider trading is rampant,big authorities are involved,justice is rarely served to victim and 95% suffer even now.

The purpose of the thread wasn't to scare you but to bring the grim realities in light and introduce you to a balanced picture. On twitter people tend to have bias and in 2-4 yrs of experience consider themselves to have known everything.
