When I first heard of $ADA and got excited by the ambitious goals, and sought more content. I quickly came across strong opposition; As an engineer I decided to investigate.. [1/12]

People purporting with conviction that @_Cardanofound_ was nothing more than a sophisticated #ponzischeme, and @IOHK_Charles the nefarious ring master, puppeteering @IOHKMedia to manipulate the masses. Being excited about the #Cardano plans, i thought to myself... [2/12]

"Wauw.. this sounds bad. If the #Cardano project truly is nothing more than marketing fluff for $ADA, then I better start digging. The shine must surely come off quickly, if even half of the #crypto dissidents are on to something." and so I dove into the open source abyss.. [3/12

Despite being a software engineer, I had never committed myself to truly understanding #cryptography and the dominating #blockchain technologies like #bitcoin and #ethereum. I understood them technically at a header level, but not much more than that. [4/12]

I had to educate myself on #crypto, $BTC and $ETH, to understand exactly what plans and ideas #Cardano is actually selling. Then I had to study the published whitepapers, written in collab with academia ( @EdinburghUni, UoW, @Illinois_Alma, Et al.), to understand the theory [5/12

Then I had to dive into the #opensource code that the #Cardano developers were continuously pushing to their countless #github repos; Review and analyze the code to the best of my ability. On the other side, I must have surely found some skeletons in the closets... [6/12]

But do you know what I found? I found a marriage of #DevOps, comp science and academia. It had a hamfisted start years ago, it have since then found its footing and is now starting to ramp up its churning frequency - and it sounds like a locomotive engine building tempo. [7/12]

Having studied every aspect I am able to comprehend, I found that In a way the dissidents I initially heard are right; #Cardano isn't what it's purporting to be. If @IOHKMedia (Et al.) continues as they have, and are able to bring the 5 stage road map to its completion... [8/12]

Then #Cardano wont culminate in a new #crypto coin going to the #moon. With everything I read, watched, heard and reverse engineered, I am confident that this coalition of companies and institutions are capable of bringing this network live, with all of its ambitious goals [9/12]

... and the result wont be a top 3 #crypto coin. The result is as unimaginable as what value javascript would bring to the internet, and what value the smartphone would bring over its Nokia 3310 predecessor. $ADA is fine, but the #Cardano project as a whole is... [10/12]

..bona fide world change, and it's being rolled out as we speak. So thank you dissidents, for your hyperbolic opposition to #Cardano. Without you I would have never looked under the hood and peered into the future. Without the slanderous character attacks made against.. [11/12]

.. @IOHK_Charles, I wouldn't have educated myself #crypto; I would have never dug deep into #Cardano and $ADA; and I would have never uncovered what is now starting to look like a tempo building unstoppable force, that will bring unimaginable changes to the world. [12/12] Thank u
