Ennio Morricone did many wonderful scores for great movies, but I love his wonderful scores for not so great movies. A few highlights:
The gentle and lovely score for the infamous incest in the dustbowl Pia Zadora vehicle Butterfly,

Theme from Sahara,
"Dinner at Maxim's" from Bloodline,
"Little Afro-Flemish Mass" from Exorcist II,
