to cut the story short, we were drinking and minding our business when a group of male boomers approached our group last saturday night, told us to join them instead — we refused.

we refused because obviously, we know what the offer is for — we were with two women, my gut instincts scream 'NO'.

until one of them went back to our cottage and asked if he could stay for a while. fast forward, the situation escalated quick when he bought us two—

beers and asked us if he could at least touch one of our girlies hand. my refusal was adamant, told him he could take his drinks with him if it was meant to guilt-trip us into allowing him the favor to touch one of our girlies hand (my blood was seething at this point)

because the tension was getting hotter, i had to go to their table and asked help from this man's friends, begged of them to take their friend away from our table since he was making us uncomfortable. did you know what happen next???

once he arrived to our table, the friend i asked help from LASHED OUT, pointed his fingers and yelled on me because 'kilala ko akun patod??????? like?????????? HE WAS FUMING MAD ON ME FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT HIS MATE'S (WHO IS ALSO HIS COUSIN) MANYAKIS BEHAVIOUR

he had to be tugged back to their cottage by the older woman from their group since he was really loud, and was claiming he owns the beach chile. we left the place immediately

anyway, the lesson is, MEN ARE TRASH and they would do everything in their power—

to protect each other and further PERPETUATE RAPE CULTURE. DO NOT EVER TRUST MEN, WE HAVE NOBODY TO PROTECT US FROM THESE DIRTY PIGS BUT EACH OTHER.

AND LASTLY, ALWAYS, ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR GIRL FRIENDS IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS, FOR WHATEVER COST.
