Silicon mouldable plugs are my choice. Havent been hit with LRAD, but trusted reports say they work better.
They stick better, give better dB protection and dont get soaked by OC.
As a bonus, when you take them out they will stick to your helmet for storage.

One item I recently added was compression sleeves with padding.
The idea was to cover arm tattoos and identifying scars, but it turns out the pads are pretty good. I took a good spill and landed on my elbow without much pain/damage.

I keep a shemagh in my bag as well. Versatile and handy. Head covering, portable cooling if you soak it in water, makeshift sling, etc etc. Stylish, but try to get it in a muted nondescript color. Grey, green, brown.
