"There is a total lack of decorum in the chat, so we're going to shut that down," says Chairman James Dickey.

"Can you just censor the people that were acting like children?" asks one. "99 percent of us were behaving." Dickey says no.

A woman interrupts an ongoing vote to ask what the vote is for. A man, mic not muted, says "Oh, my god..." quite loudly.
