Grandmaster Jay claims to be a "legendary Hip Hop DJ" and pioneer. Never heard of him? Of course not, no one else has either....

His Wikipedia page has been deleted for being a fraudulent page with false claims

this brings us to his 15 minutes of fame... if you even want to call it that. he was featured in a promo video for a DJ toy product called BEAMZ (the product itself was a huge joke and laughed off the market)

The audio in this video is from a DJ Jazzy Jeff live set from House of Blues with Mad Skillz as his MC. You can hear Skillz on the mic and hear the crowd.



This is a 100% fake "performance" using stolen audio.

Here we can see that DJ Jazzy Jeff himself put Mr Grandmaster Jay on blast for stealing this.

if you are looking at this and no zero about legit hiphop DJs you should be able to see that there is nothing "legendary" about his skills. There are thousands of 16 year old kids in their bedrooms at this skill level.

Now on to the next bit about Grandmaster Jay.. who's real name is John Fitzgerald Johnson.

He ran for President in 2016...

Based on what I can find he had a total of $7500 of contributions to his campaign, all of which he donated.

Moving on...

He states on his FB page that he served in the US army from 1988-2006.

From his LinkedIN, here is a list of medals he reportedly received.

Lets pause and review, using his own words to put this all together so far.

Again more info from FB, where he states he works/worked at Warner Brothers... mkay... and more fake claims about his DJ status (there is no such thing as a Kiss Mastermix Champion - google for yourself, you will only find mentions of this from him)

So what does all of this tell us?

It tells us this man has a history of lying and presenting himself as something he is not.

With that said, he has lots of videos on his IG and FB where he is talking about his political views, his beliefs, talks about the rona, about black history etc.

which all seem genuine.
