You’ve been accepted as a trainee at BAE Entertainment! All our idols are known for their language & dance skills & of course their amazing bodies. Below is the program you’ll be following. Debut is set for 6 weeks from now.

Intake Assessment:

β€’ Document your beginning stats (height, weight, current BMI, measurements etc.)
β€’ Set the goals you plan to reach in 6 weeks
β€’ Figure out all the areas you need improvement in & where you’re naturally gifted (Categories: Looks, language skills, etc.)
Guidelines:

Weekly Evaluation
β€’ Weigh yourself & take new measurements once a week. Write them down.

Punishments
β€’ Create a list of punishments to complete if you fail to meet your daily requirements (examples below)

β€’ Follow the schedule detailed below
6am -7am: Wake up | Green Tea + Journal 🍡

Start your morning w/ green tea & write about how you’re feeling + your goals for the day.

Green tea has a variety of benefits including aiding in fat burning & the journaling can be therapeutic.
7am - 8am: Yoga/Walk + Meditation

Decide whether you’ll go for a 45 min walk or do 45 of low intensity yoga. This will be followed by 15 minutes of meditation.

Relax your breathing & create an image in your head of you at β€œdebut”. What is your life like? Focus on this image.
8am -10 am: Beauty Routine

Looks are everything for an idol there is no denying that. Keeping up that appearance requires maintenance. Take time to do the small things in your routine. (Shower if needed after morning yoga/walk.)
10am -1pm: Language Study

It is essential for idols to be multilingual. Choose the language you’ll focus on for the next 6 weeks & commit to studying it everyday. Put videos or music in the language on in the background while you study.
1pm-2pm: Free Time

Take a break & have some fun!
2-4pm: Meal of the Day (skip if fasting)

Trainees aren’t filthy rich. You can’t afford to buy fast food or packaged junk.

Pick from the list of safe foods (or create your own) & spend time making & eating your meal slowly.

Sit, read & allow food to digest for an hour.
5pm-8pm: Dance + Exercise + Stretch

This is one of the most important parts of your day. Fully commit. Pick one dance routine a week to learn & execute perfectly from start to finish. Focus on a specific group or mix it up!
8pm-10pm: Shower + Skincare + Massage

Shower, do ur nighttime skincare routine & massage ur body to help w/ soreness & fat loss.

10pm-11pm: Read/Review/Journal

Pick a relaxing activity to close out your day. Language review, reading & journaling about your day + if you achieved your daily goals are some of the suggested activities. Finish the day with a hot ACV drink. Good job today trainee.
