This is 100pct accurate. N95 masks require training to wear, and are limited in duration: BUT, they also offer PROTECTION FOR THE WEARER of the mask. So to reiterate, 99pct of the masks worn in public today at best ONLY Protect against spreading the virus. The N95 masks offer 2 way protection. If we all had them and wore them properly, we could go out in public in confidence and not fear those without masks.

These masks sell for about 68 cents to hospitals. They aren’t expensive. I’m all in to support @ASlavitt on this
