ive also been thinking abt this a lot so

what each boy in egoistic can teach the others: a thread
what eiichi can teach ranmaru: to face his trauma. whenever his past is brought up ranmaru gets EXTREMELY defensive to the point of anger. i believe he still has a lot of issues to work through and NO ONE is more effective at getting people to face themselves than eiichi
what eiichi can teach natsuki: that it& #39;s okay to be sad. it& #39;s okay to struggle and have problems. natsuki has had someone protecting him from feeling any negative emotions the whole of his life and now that someone is gone he& #39;s BOUND to struggle
he would be so unused to feeling sadness. after all, everyone knows him as the bright, happy one, so i imagine him wondering & #39;why can& #39;t i live up to that?& #39; eiichi can convince him that having bad days is normal, and everyone does,, no one& #39;s happy all the time
what natsuki can teach eiichi: its FINE to be vulnerable!! its fine to accept help from others and its fine to ASK for help. it seems like eiichi has past wounds that he& #39;s defensive over too, and interrogates others about their trauma so he can CONVINCE himself that he& #39;s over his
clearly raging still has a hold over him, as well as eiichi having to live up to raging& #39;s standard of perfection his whole life. but natsuki shows him he doesnt HAVE to be a leader all the time,, he can let others take control and assist him
what natsuki can teach ranmaru: NOT EVERYONE IS OUT TO HURT YOU!! not everyone intends to leave, to betray you one day. there are genuinely nice people out there, people like natsuki, who want the best for you no matter what. natsuki as a person would be so healing for ranmaru
i feel like he really needs someone like that w a heart of gold, who loves him unconditionally, convinces him that the real, vulnerable ranmaru is enough, and he doesn& #39;t need to distance himself from people with his cold exterior in fear of them one day leaving
what ranmaru can teach natsuki: to rely on his own strength!! natsuki interpreted egoistic in his own way and told them both & #39;it& #39;s because you& #39;re both here i could feel those emotions& #39; and it feels like sometimes natsuki isnt sure of himself and of his individual strength
ranmaru, who has had nobody but himself to rely on more times than he can count, can show him that no matter what, natsuki will ALWAYS have himself to rely on, that even without others, he& #39;s able to accomplish so much on his own and he IS strong as an individual!!
what ranmaru can teach eiichi: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. this one sounds weird but hear me ou t. when ranmaru accuses him of being scared of & #39;a certain big shadow& #39; eiichi doesnt deny it and instead deflects the question completely.
this among many other things confirms that eiichi still worries about the future of heavens as long as raging& #39;s shadow is looming over them, and are they good enough to remain a group? meanwhile, ranmaru, a person who doesnt give a DAMN what people think of him, can show him that
even if raging seems to think otherwise, heavens and eiichi himself are extremely strong and talented. they shouldn& #39;t have to give in, apologise for their & #39;& #39;shortcomings& #39;& #39;. eiichis amazing just the way he is and SHOULDNT have to seek raging& #39;s approval to believe that
i didnt intend this thread to be so l on g but fkjskjg i just believe theyre a group who have a lot to learn from each other,,, they can heal and be healed ;v; i think thats best for all of them
