“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.”
“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, ...”
“that you may be children of your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5 : 43 — 45

Forgiving, even what seem unforgivable; doesn& #39;t mean you& #39;re weak or a coward but as we& #39;re forgiven, so should we.
As we pray “forgive our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us”.
As we pray “forgive our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us”.
“For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”
“But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
Matthew 6 : 14 — 15
“But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
Matthew 6 : 14 — 15
We can& #39;t expect God to forgive us meanwhile not we& #39;re holding grudges, repaying wrong for wrong.
Forgiveness doesn& #39;t exonerate the culprit, but it liberates the victim.
Forgiveness doesn& #39;t exonerate the culprit, but it liberates the victim.
As Jesus forgave those who persecuted Him, not because He couldn& #39;t do anything to save Himself; but because of love, selflessness.
He surrendered Himself to be sacrificed; not for His gain [of which this emphasises selflessness] but for the purpose of His Father, to give yet another chance for us to not perish, if we believe in Him, but have eternal life .
All because of love, the extent of God& #39;s love.
All because of love, the extent of God& #39;s love.
So to forgive, is to show love; even when you got no apology; even if they show no remorse, even if it seem unforgivable; forgive, and by so doing; you& #39;re inviting God to your situation, to fight for you; to instill His peacefulness in your heart.
“See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone.”
1 Thessalonians 5 : 15
1 Thessalonians 5 : 15
Grudges, hatred is a burden; give it God.
...and I& #39;ll say this again, God will fight for you, and concurrently instill His peace in your heart.
Choose love, choose peace.
...and I& #39;ll say this again, God will fight for you, and concurrently instill His peace in your heart.
Choose love, choose peace.
