How to make focus easy.
1. Decide on a goal.
To focus, you require a target.

A goal is a clearly defined target with a date.

Ensure it’s a singular goal. It’s hard to focus on multiple things.

It’s a cliché but it’s not untrue.
2. Write down your goal.
When you write down something, you start the process of creation.

There’s power in writing down a singular goal.
3. Devise a clear plan/route to your goal.
Now, you know what you want, you just have to figure out ways to get there.

You are where you are, and your goal is where you want to be.

Reverse engineer multiple possible scenarios from your goal to where you presently are.
4. Break down your plan into actionable parts.

It’s simple to do easy things. You can trick your brain into performing simple tasks on a daily basis.

That way you won’t feel a burden.

It’s better to write 400 words daily than to try to write a whole book in a week.
5. Record your progress
Your goal is divisible into a familiar set of repeatable processes.

Every time you hit a small milestone, acknowledge it. It’s gives you the motivation to keep going.
6. Protect your environment.
Your physical & mental environment are important.

Choose a place that motivates you to work and focus daily.

Understand that if your mental well-being is not in place, your productivity will decline.

Fix both environments and make it easy.
Now, read the thread again and actually write down your goal and target in perspective.

It’s not difficult, you just need to take action.
