vegans.... don’t attack me for saying this but... you do actually have to make sure you’re eating enough protein and no broccoli is not a good source of protein
make sure you have a protein food at every meal to create balanced and satisfying meals. This can be beans, tofu, meat subs, nuts, seeds, nut butters, etc
there are other things like whole grains, nutritional yeast, and vegetables that do contain protein and they definitely don’t hurt to have in your diet, but I don’t advise relying on those foods as your main protein source.
Only pointing this out because every day I see vegans posting meals that have ~5g of protein and there’s so much misinformation about protein within the vegan community ☺️
I definitely advise tracking your food for a few days to get a sense of what your overall diet is lacking (if you’re comfortable doing so). I use the app Cronometer and it gives you way in depth info on all your vitamins and minerals and doesn’t focus on weight loss.
You guys.... I’m vegan and all I’m saying is you need to have something like legumes with every meal... no reason to be attacking me lmao
