Steven Haft is at the center of the “Sustainable Oceans Alliance” of which Maxwell is “the inspiration” for the alliance.

In this alliance, there ether are no regulations, and no taxes.

The purpose of the project is to “connect each and every one of us [world leaders] to our global oceans”, and to provide a passport, and a platform to connect and share key information.

This will “be the planetary mandate for the next 15 years”.
