Day 4: Kookie and the yawning Pancake

y'all I think i'm gonna cry

she's got 8 tiddies. there's 2 kittens. They are fighting to get the same one. they aren't even a week old and I'm already done with this

Day 5: crawling all over the place.

Day 6: I think they like each other. Pancake is still yawning.

day 7: this shouldn't be allowed.

day 8: Sleeping beauty.

Kookie doesn't mind me petting them anymore, not that she really did to begin with, but like, she allows me to handle them even when she isn't looking or right next to them (still limit myself on that tho), and this lil' muffin is just as soft as you'd imagine

YEAH I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT. The white fluffball with a black stain on his butt is Pancake and the other one is Muffin. Idk what they are yet but i'm pretty sure that pancake is a dude and muffin a girl. i'll know for sure in 1 to 2 weeks.

Day 9: They all look so stupid in this picture i love them so much

Day 10: They actually scare me sometimes. Little Muffin is opening her eyes btw! Pancake should follow soon!

day 11: no pictures tonight, my other cats are fighting in the other room and mama ain't happy about it, and I doubt that she will appreciate me shoving my phone in her babies face. However, little Muffin is sleeping like superman, just like mama did when she still had space

and this is the cutest sht Pancake is doing great, his eyes are starting to open, and he's crawling around a bit more, but sleeping and yawning remains his top priority along with eating, wonder who he got that from

Kookie is also doing great, except that she wants me to deliver a week worth of petting in a second. She visibly miss going in my bed for her naps. she come by sometimes but she stays for like, a minute at best?

Day 12: A happy Kookie is a sleepy Pancake. Oh and a hungry Muffin, how unusual

There was approximately 5 minutes between the time this picture was taken and the 5th tiddie battle of the say. Poor Koo almost had some time of peace and quiet. almost.

I think Muffin is starting to actually walk? She keeps on tripping over herself but, she isn't exactly crawling anymore

Day 14: they are doing well and are starting to act like cats a little more. Muffin is on her way to become a professional napper and Pancake a professional "oopsie-my-claws-are-stuck-in-the-blanket-mommy-help-me"-er.

Day 16: quick update to say that I ran out of wet food and Kookie was craving some, so I gave her a little bit of tuna instead and as soon as I put it down next to the box, two little flully heads popped out from her belly to see what that interesting smell was

day 17: They are so much bigger and fluffier already

day 18: both Muffin and Pancake's eyes are open now! they are also learning to walk a little bit at a time

Day 20: It's still a little too early to be sure about that, but it seems like we got two beautiful little girls!

Day 21: They want to get out of the box to walk but they too small to jump lul

Day 27: Idk what this thing is but it's happy.

Day 28: I wasn't at home today so my mom went into my bedroom (where the cats are) to deal with some papers on my computer. I asked them how the babies did today and apparently they spent the entire day sleeping, which is both endearing and terrifying given that i woke up at 9

this morning and really want to sleep but they are going to be full of energy this night so rip me.

day 29: what are you?

day 30: they are trying to run. rip me and my sleep. i'll try to take a vid later, they keep on falling it's way too funny

Muffin just managed to get out of the box by herself. I am terrified for my sleep.

day 31: it was just as I predicted: a nightmare. They've been running around for 2 hours now, and it got to a point where I had to make a "fence" around the box using paper tubes and plain paper so that I can sleep in peace knowing that they won't get stuck anywhere. Send help.

I'll post pictures tomorrow, they are sleeping and i'm scared to wake them up sskfldlslq

forgot to mention but i'll remove the fence during the day. I just don't want them to get hurt by going into the wrong places. I'll fully remove the thing progressively as they grow bigger and hopefully smarter, though I wouldn't bet anything on the later considering that

their supposed dad is not exactly the brightest.

update: The fence didn't work. Wigglebutt the 3rd officially gave birth to Wigglebutt the 4th.

THEY ARE OFFICIALLY A MONTH OLD! Muffin spent the entire morning exploring the room and had her first sip of water. Pancake, on the other hand, has been sleeping the entire time and is still sleeping. A fantastic lap cat in the making.

1M4D: They reached the point where they are not fighting for the same nip anymore, but for the same damn kibble instead. Also Pancake slept in the bowl earlier today. That was cute until he tried to get up and spilled the entire thing. twice.

Can we just appreciate very quickly how Pancake will go down the bed "backward" (a.k.a how you would go down a ladder) to get out while muffin just slides down and smash her head against the floor every.damn.time? this is the funniest yet saddest way to get down sweetheart.

in case any of you are feeling like life isn't super kind these days: I've been watching two kittens take a dump for the past two weeks to make sure that they don't eat the litter, roll in it or throw it all over the room. You're welcome.

sorry for not posting as many pics as I should, i'm moving this weekend so I have a lot of stuff to pack and I keep loosing these two idiots between all the boxes. I'll post more once it's done!

My grandma adopted one of the little cuties, and we brought her to her house earlier today. She's doing really good, and started playing with random stuff not even an hour after she got there. I'll still post pics of her since I'll see her +
