I dont really know where I stand on the latest @jk_rowling drama and the constant bin fire aimed at her.
-my dad is transgender (m->f) i want her to feel safe, comfortable, not shunned by women.

-im not sure I buy that there are men pretending to be women purely just to hurt women.
- but I dont deny it exists. Just because i havent seen it, doesnt mean its not real.

- the stories of young people transitioning without proper exploration and living to regret it are awful.
- how do we safeguard that without denying lots of young people the opportunity to feel accepted and have their concerns taken seriously?

I dont know what the answers are.
But I do know that I’m woefully uneducated in this area. And I want to be better.
