This book was the very first adult fantasy that i've read and im glad i chose to read this. I was hooked from the very first page and i think it does lived up the my expectations and all the hyped around it.

The world building and the complex magic systems with detailed explanation, rules and boundaries are incredible. Not to mention, the amazing characterizations. Sanderson's writing style is accessible and straightfoward to understand his world. I cant wait to read his other works.

It took me a bit longer to finish this book than the first one, most likely because the pacing was much slower and more political heavy. However, the world building and the characterizations are still just as -

- incredible and exciting as the first book. Especially for Vin, Sazed, Elend, and even for OreSeur. Like the first one, i truly loved the banter and the dynamic between the characters. Though, i think there are some low point for some characters (mainly kelsier's crew) -

that i feel like isnt as strong as the first book. Overall, imo, this book isnt the strongest but there are still a lot of amazing (and memorable) scenes in the book, especially in the last 150 pages.
