Let's get this straight:

The world is an extremely negative place, especially if represented through the internet.

People are scumbags, liars, and psychos.

That said, we don't celebrate because everything's perfect or even good at all.

We celebrate because we have freedoms that others may not ever have the luxury of obtaining. It's an expression of gratitude, not of joy or happiness.

So, to anyone out there saying "we shouldn't celebrate the 4th", we have plenty of reason to celebrate.

Now, stop complaining for a single moment and be grateful for the freedoms you have.
