I’m 28 years old. I caught Covid and have spent half my waking hours lying down for the last 3 months, and can’t walk more than 5 minutes without getting extremely out of breath.

Take caution but you’re not bloody immune if you’re young. https://twitter.com/tomhfh/status/1279029508943773698
The engineer’s battle cry: 👏your 👏risk 👏assessment 👏is 👏poor 👏👏🙌
Hi this has taken off - my apologies I’m not going to get back to most of the replies and messages for a few days but if you want to read more about my experiences from day 1, my pinned tweet is a spotted thread of the last 3 and a bit months as well as my awareness raising
I can also recommend the Facebook group “Long Covid Support Group” for those experiencing side effects weeks and months later https://www.facebook.com/groups/longcovid/?ref=share
It’s so important that we get these stories out there, and change perceptions around this. “Recovered” includes a lot debilitated people. Then we can talk about the support that we all need as well
