How I think Kaguya-sama: Love is War will end. (A thread);

So, I've been reading the official doujin (The Shirogane x Hayasaka storyline) and thought that it could be possible foreshadowing on how Aka-sensei could end this masterpiece of a manga and I just thought of some heartbreaking stuff.

It has been stated on a few occassions that Kaguya could have inherited her mother's weak heart. I am afraid that this could somehow come into play in the plot.

I imagine a scenario before they go to Stanford where Kaguya suddenly suffers a heart attack and this time it isn't lovesickness. Kaguya is suffering from her mother's heart disease and her days have become numbered.

Knowing that she could pass away at any moment, she asks Miyuki to find happiness with others because she knows that she can't provide him the happy ending he wanted. She tells the same to Hayasaka.

After a while, moments occur where Miyuki and Hayasaka deepen their relationship as the people who were closest to Kaguya. They bond over the times where they had to care for Kaguya.

Hayasaka tells Miyuki how Kaguya grew up and how she was treated in the family, while Miyuki brings up how much of a changed person Kaguya has become since joining the Student Council. This is the key on how they could potentially end up with each other.

Sadly, Kaguya passes away. Remembering her words, on how they should find happiness with others, the two people closest to Kaguya found happiness with each other. Thus, Miyuki and Hayasaka tie the knot and spend their lives together in tribute to Kaguya.
