This isn’t whataboutery at all. This is observation 101....walk with me! In Lockdown. We all have. Seen people in parks, HALF A MILLION PEOPLE at Bournemouth beach. Yet the police felt more forceful measures were suitable for the black kids throwing parties on estates.

Help me to understand, how the police didn’t take measures to usher people off the beaches of the parks in Hackney, but black kids in estates are accosted and when they’re not “compliant” they assemble in riot formation.

Had a great chat with a friend yesterday and I concluded this. There’s a reason why I talk and act the way I do. Because too the idea that “I don’t know my place!” my reaponse is “I have NO PLACE!” there’s no uniform behaviour I’m supposed to adopt to make you feel comfortable.

But if you associate a pattern of behaviour that me and people who look like me should be behaving in then you will make excuses for the use of force from the police.

You all know the concept of victim blaming by know don’t you?

As a father of three black boys. If my own kids are NOT committing a crime. There’s no reason whatsoever to ever address them. Ever. Not about the weather. Not for a chinwag. NOTHING.

So your “innocent” interactions are disingenuous because not even black and asian officers...

Build “rappport” with the white community via random chats. They don’t do it. It’s not taught at the training. So rapport building masquerading as suspicion will always end badly because police and also many members of the public assert an infringement in place...

and this is the deep part!

You think an infringement is occurring because your brain and education has taught you black “freedoms” shouldn’t look like white “freedoms”

The only thing you deserve from me. Is good manners and decent etiquette. Beyond that. It’s up to the Gods as they say. You can expect NOTHING in my behaviour.

It even stems from people calling me “intelligent” or “articulate” I’m not. I’ve a pretty decent grasp of the English language but if you juxtapose it to your preconceived ideas on my IQ then yes I could present as a bit of an anomaly.

The reality is black men/women have always had the same abilities. Thinking differently takes elements of some parts of the eugenics argument that black people aren’t supposed to display certain high levels of mental aptitude etc. Works both ways. White men CAN jump.
