How Twice should have been promoted Part 1💗

Don’t be offended Once🥰
Twice management hasn’t been the best for years and it shows. Admit it or not they are one of the biggest groups Kpop has seen but the way they’ve been managed hasn’t “FURTHER” helped them to succeed as individuals and as a group.. Here’s one reason why!
1) Too much Promotion:

Twice has always had full packed schedules since debut. Endorsements, comebacks, concerts, variety/radio/talk shows, and so much more. As Twice fame increased so did their promotions which helped them in numbers but physically drained the girls💔
2017 there was a dramatic increase in their activities compared to previous years. With their popularity rising their comebacks became more frequent and their debut into the Japanese market means they had to fly to and from Korea and Japan constantly.
The next year didn’t get any better. Japanese activities increased because they were in high demand... appearing on shows like Music Station and Zip at least +5 times during that year alone. Remember, this is only Japanese promotions and doesn’t include ++
++ their 4 Korean album releases, Twicelights concert (during 2017-2018), Twice TV reality show, and other promotions like Kcon (in many countries) and other global activities... which they visited many countries over the two years alone.
Was this all a bad thing? Yes and No. Why No? We wouldn’t be able to enjoy so much of the music which has helped shaped them into the Kpop sensation they are now. However.. were all these promotions necessary?
I understand they were in high demand but if they promoted less would their be a drastic difference in their sales, views or overall impact? No! Being a household name isn’t easy but even as individuals their very popular. Their music has reach countless people domestically ++
++ and internationally which is hard to do. All they needed was 2 comebacks a year and they would have been fine. This would have also helped in terms of “Anticipation”... Yes their comebacks are highly anticipated but imagine if their albums ++
++ we’re released 7-9 months apart? Just like More & More their sales increased by a lot and their charting was a whole lot better... why? We missed them. A 9 month drought did something to us as fans so we supported the hell out of this comeback and did all we could🤷‍♀️
This would have also helped them physically and mentally. I know we always said “They wanted to come back...” and “They already had a long rest...” but did they? Just because they weren’t in front of a camera doesn’t mean they weren’t preparing or practicing for something💗
All I’m saying is this over promotion was unnecessary and it wasn’t needed. They were huge from Cheer Up era onwards and their music always did well... just an opinion at the end of the day.
Also.. please know this thread wasn’t made on hate or negativity but it’s just how I see things... if you disagree that’s fine and put your opinion below but please don’t be angry because I didn’t make this to be negative!
