Due to this a lot of people are facing many issues.
Most of the things are linked to aadhar and for OTP verification they need their number activated but since all these telecos have terminated services people are not able to receive OTP.

In many parts of country there is section 144 and these crook telecos are asking to visit store physically to get sim reactivated within 15 days otherwise number will be gone permanently.
Some people are stuck overseas and everyone knows flights are not operational but ambani's @JioCare wants people physically present in their store.

Number is suspended in such a way that people can't even recharge by themselves online, they need to physically visit store.
