The indigenous Nations in the Dakotas have been hit hard by COVID19, with major outbreaks on reservations of the Standing Rock Sioux and Oglala Sioux.
The governor of South Dakota has not done enough to slow the virus.
Many cities have refused to host Trump campaign rallies.
