I'm so glad to have supportive parents.
They turn Smash n Splash into a family vacation. I go to the venue for the tournament and they are there for waterpark and fun. Sometimes, my dad would come into the venue and watch me play and ask how I'm doing.

I remember at my first Smash n Splash I had to fight a drunk player in my pool. I was 15 at the time. My dad wanted to watch me play my sets because this was his first time watching me play the game. So, my dad watched a drunk adult beat a 15 year old in a game for children.
My dad laughed and thought it was funny because he came off as such a nice guy and actually complimented my play.
My parents love the fact I have a community I can come and be myself in. They always ask how I do after every local. They always try to help when they can.

At my very first tournament, I told them about the stream. I would let them know how I was doing and if I would be on stream.
Little did I know is that they had the stream being played in the living room watching my matches.
I love my parents so much.

Don't know what the point of this thread was but here it is I guess.
