So not trying to cause drama I’m on the justice side of things. So here’s the tea. On Reddit I saw the first 3 mins of the video that wasn’t shown, (taken by some1else), where the white woman tells them she’s sorry and loves them and they continue to surround and harass her ): https://twitter.com/kylawrightmedia/status/1278888442802450435">https://twitter.com/kylawrigh...
I don’t think the use of the gun was justified, but I could see where she felt threatened after she calmly got in her car, exiting the situation and the women acted like she was trying to hit them and hit the car. In my eyes I saw them crying wolf toward racism. ):
Here is the link to the full video https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/comments/hktu0j/the_full_video_of_that_lady_who_pulled_the_gun/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf">https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicF...
I pledged to stand up for injustice and equal rights, no matter what race and I think the other shorter video of just the gun being pointed takes things out of context and only how the videor wanted the situation to be seen
I don’t believe a gun was necessary, however it makes it easier to see why she did have one in the first place. I am angry about racism but she did try to de-escalate and was slightly harassed
EDIT: here is the larger, easier to see original video I saw. Had to scroll through hella history for dis https://www.reddit.com/r/ActualPublicFreakouts/comments/hjuw2m/a_video_of_a_woman_pulling_a_gun_was_posted_here/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf">https://www.reddit.com/r/ActualP...
The point of this thread is to spread awareness and in the fight for justice and peace, we continue to hold those who are in the wrong accountable for their actions. In this case I feel the women used the current events to clout chase
