Day 87 of life with lingering #covid19 symptoms. This morning some things are better, some things are worse - a short thread #longcovid 1/n
Sleep pattern is back to normal for the 2nd night in a row (early to bed, early to rise) - I hated the insomnia that didn't let me fall asleep until 2 or 3am - I hope it never comes back 2/n
However, walking up the stairs from the kitchen just now was awful.

Painful, tiring and more difficult than earlier in the week - I was breathless after reaching the top of the stairs 3/n
For the last few weeks, my natural sense of wonder and curiosity seemed to have dissipated. I really didn't have an interest in anything.

That sense of curiosity seems to be back the last few days, another sign of feeling more like "normal" for me 4/n
The soreness and pain in upper arms in particular persists even after many weeks since it first appeared. Even picking up my cup of coffee this morning is painful, not in an excruciating way, but noticeable, and I've gotten used to feeling that pain doing ordinary things 5/n
