Tan is both Sin and Cos, so sex before and after marriage is half of Tan. However, for the after, its also Cos since the answer must be different for before and after marriage.
After reviewing this, it really only makes sense if you treat Sin and Cos in the fraction as separate and whole and not as one fraction.
