life on fraser’s ridge: a series of photos shot and arranged by brianna fraser with the camera she brought with her from the 1970s 😊
brianna likes capturing private moments between her parents where they’re not aware the camera is on them, because she loves the ease and intimacy that she didn’t get to see growing up.

she’s happy to finally be with her parents and above all, that her parents found each other.
family is very important for her, in more ways. she grew up without her relatives. on fraser’s ridge she has siblings and cousins, and her son has cousins, something she never got to have in her time period. it’s important for her to capture these once unknown joys.
these photos elude historians for centuries, leading to inconclusive debates of the origins of selfies, and the beginnings of organic hearty family portraits over strictly posed ones that were popular for their time period. the frasers change history in one way or another.
